I still have a hard time with lines. It seems as it's in a vector mode or something... It's harder to control the lines as much as Comic Studio.... I think I will work on that with CS rather than SAI next time.

The character, character design, and most of the composition of this image belongs to CLAMP, Production GI, and Kodansha. It is a fan art of ツバサ Tokyo Relevations (Tsubasa Tokyo Relevations). Since I was asked to draw one particular scenery from that anime, I tried to draw it closest to the original as much as possible. However, since I didn't watch that anime, I made up character's expressions by referring to original manga, ツバサ-RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE.

It is my first time drawing these characters as well as drawing two characters right next to each other.

Just duplicates of the same wheel thing on right, just changed it with melt, shatter, wind, etc.


Since it was just a practice, I didn't really adjust lighting and etc.

It's a poster I helped out a couple of months ago as my first commission work. I was requested to do it in a style of Life Aquatic book cover- water color/coloring pencil kind of style.

I'm currently working on 3D CG model for the next manga page and will begin my next commission work- CD cover for the UK band once I finish with it.

I'm currently working on an illustration and getting myself ready for the next possible commission,

CD jacket for a rock band in UK. :)

It's a group that's about to have a pro debut soon.

I think I will be working on the next manga page after I finish with these illustrations or while I do commission.

Took me a few hours to edit the page, traslate, and adapt the script for the Japanese version.

I'm currently trying to practice adding texture to my graphics- esp. 3DCG. So, as I practiced 3DCG in Cinema 4D:

Even though I don't like BL, I seem to have a tendency to draw mostly males.

I sent off a file last night to another person I'm doing the commission for. I think I will finish another image tonight or tomorrow.



I recently had an honor of having a little self-introduction space in one major site (several hundred thousand accesses per month). I think it will be released sometime later.


I will be doing a collab with J.T. from the US for next one-shot to submit to a pro-manga magazine. I was impressed with his story's very intricate background- so I am looking forward to seeing his script.

Now, I'm starting to work on two more commissions- so I will get around to my new manga page after they are done. :)

One's commercial T-shirt design- not anime/manga style, so I hope it works out!!

I received Cinema 4D last night. I will need to start learning how to use that software!
